Just wanted to do a picture blog
style 2008 wrap up of some of the things I got to do this past year...
I got to go to the WSOP, and got hooked up with the VIP seats
Had a fun couple of days at "parks"wedding - such a beautiful wedding, awesome couple!
I grew up with this cat, and we have a lot of memories together!
Went back to vegas to get my poker on
Went to the Bowl game the day before Christmas with the bros/cousins. Hawaii ended up losing BIG TIME. That sucked, but overall it was cool. Also trying to mess around with some camera effects.
scored a really nice tv... a 42" Panasonic plasma off the list of craig, retail $1200... I got it for $400!
This is a few days before Christmas,it was nice and warm! Obama was staying right down the street from our house. His house is 100 yards from where I am standing in the pic above. I tried to go and visit him, but his secret service guys wouldn't let me get close.
A cool side story, I talked to the guy that took the picture of Obama with his shirt off (you know the one with obama sporting his six pack). Anyway, it was just cool to learn the behind the scenes of how the entrepreneurs aka paparazos work. He said the photo of
Obama could fetch as much as six figures depending on how many media outlets
decide to buy it. I'm leaving out a lot, but it was a very interesting conversation.
Helped my bro throw a party, pulled in a couple hundred people. It's cool to take my online marketing skills and apply them to offline marketing. I actually did use a lot of online resources to promote the event.
This is my sisters dog, his name is Bubba. He is the coolest dog in the world. He's just taking in the views and soaking in the sun from our living room window.
Side note: If you want to attract every girl on the beach like metal to a magnet, take this guy with you!

Feel good... I like that. That's what I am trying to accomplish. I'm trying to create a blog that is insightful, yet laid back. A mix of both personal and business type posts.
